3. Shipping Security & Transit Risk

 

  • Mandatory Adult Signature: Due to the premium nature and high financial value of professional cameras and cinema rigs, all major shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended on doorsteps under any circumstances.

  • Damage in Transit: Legal title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon courier handover. If your package arrives with visible signs of transit damage or tampering, please take photos and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an immediate carrier insurance claim.

Warranty Exclusions Notice:

This warranty strictly covers organic manufacturing defects or internal component malfunctions under normal operational conditions. It explicitly excludes damage caused by accidental impacts or drops, moisture/liquid submersion, sand or dust intrusion, unauthorised firmware alterations, or standard external cosmetic wear and tear.

My main reason for buying it was to have one lens that could handle landscapes, interiors, and everyday travel without constantly changing glass. The 16-35mm range has fit that role nicely. I can open things up at 16mm when space is limited, then move toward 35mm for a more natural perspective.

The f/2.8 aperture has been useful in places where I cannot rely on much available light. Indoor scenes stay more manageable, and I have more flexibility with shutter speed than I would with a slower zoom. I also like the way the lens renders detail without making everything look overly processed.

Focusing has been quick and quiet in my day-to-day use. For stills, it locks onto subjects promptly, and I have also found it pleasant for video because the operation does not draw much attention. Transitions feel controlled when I am changing focus during a clip.

Handling is another area that stood out to me. The lens feels well made without being unnecessarily cumbersome, and the controls are easy to reach while I am composing. Zooming between the two ends of the range also feels precise, which helps when framing something quickly.

Edge detail has held up well in my landscape photos, while straight lines around interiors have looked well controlled for a lens covering such a broad field of view. I have also enjoyed getting close to subjects at the wide end for a more immersive perspective.

Having such a versatile range in one high-quality zoom has simplified several of my outings. It gives me plenty of creative options without making me think too much about which lens to bring. For my full-frame setup, it has become a practical choice whenever I expect to encounter a mix of scenery, architecture, and low-light scenes.
