To ensure that your valuable equipment arrives securely and in perfect condition, we partner exclusively with Canada’s leading and most reliable shipping couriers. All Canadian orders are shipped using trackable, insured services via:
Canada Post
Purolator
Canpar
At checkout, the most efficient courier will be automatically selected based on your delivery address, the size of the shipment, and the required transit speed.
We know you are eager to get your new gear into the field.
Standard Processing: We make every effort to pack and dispatch your order quickly. Most orders are securely shipped within three (3) business days from the date your order is placed.
Exceptions: Processing times may occasionally extend during peak holiday seasons, major product launches, or if an item requires advanced quality inspection before leaving our warehouse.
Note: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory Canadian holidays.
Total Estimated Time: You can generally expect your order to arrive within ten (10) business days from the date the order was initially placed. This includes both our internal processing time and the courier's transit time.
Tracking Your Order: Once your package is handed over to Canada Post, Purolator, or Canpar, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier's network.
Shipping Fees: Shipping is FREE.
Taxes: In accordance with federal and provincial regulations, applicable sales taxes (GST, HST, or PST) will be applied to both the product based on the shipping destination.
Because mirrorless cameras, cinema setups, and professional lenses are highly valuable, precision instruments, we implement the following safety protocols:
Signature Required: To protect your investment and prevent porch theft, all major shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. The courier will not leave high-value packages unattended at your doorstep. If you are not home, the courier will leave a notice card detailing how to arrange a redelivery or pick up your package at a local secure depot.
No P.O. Box Delivery: Please note that considering high value gears, we don't ship to P.O. Box.
Keymra Photo ensures that all outgoing packages are thoroughly inspected and packed using heavy-duty protective materials.
Damage in Transit: If your package arrives with visible structural damage or tampering, please photograph the box before opening it. Inspect your gear immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate an immediate claim with the carrier.
Delayed or Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no movement and your package has exceeded the 10-business-day window, please contact us. We will open an investigation with Canada Post, Purolator, or Canpar to locate your shipment.
