  • Damage in Transit: Legal title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon courier handover. If your package arrives with visible signs of transit damage or tampering, please take photos and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an immediate carrier insurance claim.

Warranty Exclusions Notice:

This warranty strictly covers organic manufacturing defects or internal component malfunctions under normal operational conditions. It explicitly excludes damage caused by accidental impacts or drops, moisture/liquid submersion, sand or dust intrusion, unauthorised firmware alterations, or standard external cosmetic wear and tear.
