3. Shipping Security & Transit Risk

  • Damage in Transit: Legal title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon courier handover. If your package arrives with visible signs of transit damage or tampering, please take photos and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an immediate carrier insurance claim.

Warranty Exclusions Notice:

This warranty strictly covers organic manufacturing defects or internal component malfunctions under normal operational conditions. It explicitly excludes damage caused by accidental impacts or drops, moisture/liquid submersion, sand or dust intrusion, unauthorised firmware alterations, or standard external cosmetic wear and tear.

Keeping my older F-mount lenses in use was the main reason I bought an adapter like the one, and it has made the transition to my Nikon Z camera much easier. I have a few lenses I am not ready to give up, and being able to mount them on the newer body saves me from replacing everything at once. The fit feels secure, with no worrying play between the camera and lens.

One thing I appreciate is how the adapter maintains communication between compatible lenses and the camera. Metering and aperture control behave as expected with my supported lenses, and focusing remains responsive for the types of photos I usually take. It is reassuring not to lose familiar functions simply because I have changed camera systems.

During regular outings, the adapter has been easy to live with. Its design leaves room for the camera grip, so holding the setup feels natural even when I have a larger lens attached. There are no extra controls to learn or complicated settings to adjust; I attach it and get on with taking photos. The sturdy construction also gives me confidence when changing lenses in the field.

Compatibility is the main detail worth checking before buying. Older AF-D lenses that rely on a mechanical focusing drive will not gain autofocus through the adapter, although compatible AF-S and AF-P lenses can retain autofocus functionality. I checked my own lens collection beforehand, and the lenses supported by the adapter have been useful additions to my Z system.

For photographers who already own good Nikon F-mount glass, the practical value is easy to appreciate. I can continue using lenses I know well while gradually adding native Z lenses when it makes sense for my needs. It does not make every older lens behave exactly like a native Z lens, but it provides a dependable bridge between the two systems and has made my camera upgrade feel much less expensive.
