  • Delivery Window: You can generally expect your order to arrive within ten (10) business days from your original order date.

3. Shipping Security & Transit Risk

 

  • Mandatory Adult Signature: Due to the premium nature and high financial value of professional cameras and cinema rigs, all major shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended on doorsteps under any circumstances.

  • Damage in Transit: Legal title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon courier handover. If your package arrives with visible signs of transit damage or tampering, please take photos and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an immediate carrier insurance claim.

  • 100% Cost-Free Approved Claims: Once your warranty claim is technically evaluated and approved by our service team, Keymra Photo covers the shipping costs on both sides.
  • We will provide you with an inbound prepaid shipping label, handle the required repairs, and return the gear back to your doorstep entirely free of charge.


Warranty Exclusions Notice:

This warranty strictly covers organic manufacturing defects or internal component malfunctions under normal operational conditions. It explicitly excludes damage caused by accidental impacts or drops, moisture/liquid submersion, sand or dust intrusion, unauthorised firmware alterations, or standard external cosmetic wear and tear.
